Hello!
Bringing a short note on something I noticed today. Last year, when I was still on T, I had to take my cat to the vet. Its a 10~15 mins walk, he had around 2kg, and the carrier weights 1kg. While ~3kg is nothing compared to the 30kgs I was lifting often, I felt my muscles exhausting after a long time carrying it and I had to take breaks and change arms often. Now that I have estrogen as a dominant hormone - and my cat is 4kg, making the total weight something aroudn 5kg - I could take him and come back without dropping a sweat. My muscles didn't feel fatigued at all, and after a while with constant effort I felt like I was supposed to start feeling fatigued, but I kept going, my fatigue threshold was way far that effort point now. Its very interesting how estrogen makes you able to carry weights for longer, I think!
